About Us
So Mei Plastic Technology was founded in Taoyuan, Taiwan in 1985, with a subsequent plant constructed in China in 2003.
The company specializes in offering a wide of in-house projection moldings and mold making.

Mold Making
Well-designed, well-build and well-maintained molds are the keys to the quality molding parts.
So Mei's engineers and technicians have comprehensive training with years of on-the-job experience using the latest tooling technology.
So Mei has the ability to meet all of your requirements and expectations quickly and economically.
Injection Molding
So Mei has twenty late-model injection molding machines, ranging in size from 50 to 300 ton.
They can produce a part volume from 0.2g to 1000g, with a thin wall down to as little as 0.005".
So Mei also possess the precision molding technology necessary to meet the extremely tight tolerance of ±0.0008" required for smaller, precision parts.
So Mei will make your blueprint, prototype for a plastic part or component, or simply an idea become a reality.
Quality Assurance
So Mei has established a fully documented layout inspection program which consists of 4 main processes：
1. Incoming Material Inspection - to insure all materials maintain the highest level of accuracy .
2. First Article Inspection - to insure the part is correct further to meet the specifications of initial production for all parts.
3. In-process Inspection - hourly-basis inspection program of all products for each machine.
4. Final Inspection - to avoid any storage discrepancies and verifies quality while packing before release for shipment.
